Discovery
We look at your actual systems and data rather than a questionnaire. You get a written assessment of what is there, what will break, and the options with honest trade-offs. This is a paid, standalone piece of work — you can take it elsewhere if you would rather.

Proposal
Fixed scope and fixed price before any code is written. If scope genuinely changes during the build we tell you and quote the addition separately, rather than absorbing it into a bill that quietly grows.

Delivery
Built and tested against real data in a staging environment you can access. Weekly demonstrations of working software. Nothing reaches production before you have watched it work.

Support
Thirty to sixty days of included support after launch, documentation handed over as standard, and an optional ongoing agreement. You are never locked into us to keep the software running.

We quote a number before starting and we hold it. Hourly billing puts our interests directly against yours — every inefficiency becomes our revenue.

Everything is built to be handed over and documented well enough for another developer to maintain. There is no licence, dependency or credential that makes leaving us expensive.

We work as an end-to-end engineering partner from discovery through delivery and ongoing support.
How do you price projects?
Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before work begins. We do not bill hourly. Longer programmes can run on a monthly dedicated-team basis where the scope genuinely cannot be fixed in advance.
Which industries do you work with?

Where is Twinsoft Innovations based?
Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. We deliver to clients internationally, and we work Monday to Friday with extended hours across time zones so most clients reach us inside their own working day.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery can usually begin within a week or two. Build start depends on current commitments — we deliberately limit the number of concurrent projects so that the ones we take finish on time.
Do you sign NDAs?
As a matter of course. We do not name clients or describe their systems publicly without written permission, which is why some of our work does not appear on this site.
What happens after a project launches?
Thirty to sixty days of support is included depending on project size, with documentation handed over as standard. After that you can take an ongoing support agreement or maintain it yourself — everything is built and documented so that either is realistic.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often, yes. We start with an assessment of what exists and give you an honest view: what is salvageable, what needs replacing, and what it will cost. Occasionally the answer is that a rewrite is cheaper, and we would rather say that at the start.
