Web and mobile application development

Applications that work as well on a phone in a warehouse as on a desk.

Discuss a project

An application is judged on the worst device and the weakest connection it runs on, not the newest laptop in the office. We build for that: fast first loads, sensible behaviour offline, and interfaces that work with a thumb and a cracked screen.

That means being deliberate about what ships to the browser. Most web applications are slow because they send far more JavaScript than the job requires.

What we build

Web applications

React and Next.js front ends backed by Laravel, Node or Python APIs. Server-rendered where it helps performance and search visibility.

Cross-platform mobile apps

React Native applications for iOS and Android from a single codebase, with native modules where a platform capability genuinely requires one.

Progressive web apps

Installable, offline-capable web applications — often the right answer when app store distribution adds cost without adding reach.

Design systems

Component libraries and interface standards so a growing product stays visually coherent and new screens take days rather than weeks.

What you get

  • Responsive application tested on real devices, not just emulators
  • Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA where the project calls for it
  • Performance budget agreed upfront and measured at handover
  • App store submission handled, including review responses
  • Analytics and error monitoring configured before launch

Questions about web & mobile

Native or cross-platform?

Cross-platform for most business applications — one codebase, one team, materially lower cost. Native is worth it when the product depends on heavy graphics, sustained background processing, or deep platform integration. We will tell you which case you are in rather than defaulting to the more expensive answer.

Can you work with our existing designs?

Yes. We build from Figma files routinely. If there are no designs we can produce them, or work from a component library to keep cost down when the interface is conventional.

Do you handle app store submission?

Yes, including the parts that go wrong — review rejections, privacy declarations, and the compliance metadata both stores require.

What about ongoing maintenance?

Mobile applications need periodic work as operating systems update, independent of new features. We offer a maintenance agreement covering OS compatibility, dependency updates and security patching.
