These terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Twinsoft Innovations FZE, a company licensed by the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority and registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the engagement agreement takes precedence.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any connected system, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use automated systems to extract content at a rate that affects availability for others.

You may not use this site or its tools to process content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to handle.

The free tools

The array converter, the JSON formatter and any other tools published here are provided free of charge and entirely as-is, with no warranty of any kind.

They run in your browser. We do not receive, store or process what you enter into them, which also means we cannot recover it for you. Keep your own copy of anything important.

They are convenience utilities, not verified software. Do not rely on their output for safety-critical, financial, legal or medical purposes without checking it yourself. You remain responsible for reviewing any code or data they produce before you use it.

We may change, limit or withdraw any tool at any time without notice.

Information on this site

We work to keep the content accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. Pricing figures are indicative for typical engagements, not offers. A binding price is given only in a written proposal for a defined scope.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and nothing here creates a client relationship.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and branding of this website are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference; you may not republish, sell or systematically copy them without our written permission.

Product, company and platform names referred to on this site belong to their respective owners. Their use here is descriptive and does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

Work produced under a client engagement transfers to the client on final payment, as set out in that engagement's agreement.

Enquiries and no obligation

Submitting an enquiry creates no contract and places no obligation on either side. We may decline work for any lawful reason, including capacity or fit.

Third-party links and services

This site links to external websites we do not control, and uses third-party services including a form handler and a bot-protection provider. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.

Disclaimers and liability

This website and the free tools are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website or its tools.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Liability arising from client work is governed by the relevant engagement agreement and not by these terms.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of this website or its tools, or from your breach of these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, together with the regulations of the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority.

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
